3 night minimum stay. $200 deposit required at time of reservation. Rates do not include 6% sales tax. Pets OK with prior owner's permission ($20 fee nightly, $120 weekly, 2nd pet $60.00 per week). Rates are for 6 people, $10 per additional person per night. Check in 3 PM, check out 10 AM. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
